MC250 is designed to place decorative landscape curbing in a
variety of applications. Either concrete or curb mix can be
used with the MC250. It is also capable of placing small tack
down commercial curbing using concrete with 3/8” aggregate.

MC 350 Curbilder™
Landscape Curb Machine
The
MC350 Landscape Curbilder is designed to place decorative landscape
curbing and smaller commercial curbing. A 6" reciprocating
plunger powered by a 3HP Honda engine pushes the curb mix from
the hopper into the curb form. The plunger assembly components
are machined to tight and exacting tolerances for years of trouble
free operation.

550/650/850 Curbilder™
Tack Down Curb Machine
The MC550/650/850 family of extruded curb machines are primarily used to place either concrete or asphalt curbing on existing pavement, hence the name “tack down curb”. A variation of this is trench curbing where the machine runs on the pavement and places the concrete in a trench next to the pavement. The MC550/650/850 family is capable of placing 18” curb and gutter but it is important to remember that the machine follows the contour of the ground, as it does not have automatic grade controls.

Slipform Curb and Gutter Machine
The MC1050
is designed to place up to 30” curb and gutter, 4’
wide sidewalks, and curb over pins. With a production rate and
automatic grade and slope controls found on larger and more
expensive machines, the MC1050 is a cost effective alternative
to meet one’s curbing needs for placement of curbing up
to 18” high.
